The SZL series commerical hot water boiler adopts a double drum vertical structure, and the combustion
equipment is a light chain grate. The specific working process of
the hot water boiler is briefly described as follows: the front
part of the boiler body is a combustion chamber, which is composed
of a water-cooled wall, a drum and a header, and the purpose is to
absorb the radiant heat of the furnace; at the rear of the boiler
body, a convection tube bundle, The convection tube bundle is
evenly arranged between the upper and lower drums, and the
high-temperature flue gas after combustion passes through the
convection heating surface, is sent to the separately arranged
economizer, and finally enters the dust collector and is discharged
through the chimney.
Due to the large size of the SZLcommerical hot water boiler. Therefore, for equipment with a rated output of 4-6t/h, a
quick-fit structure is adopted. After being completely assembled in
the factory, the hot water boiler with rated power of 6~35t/h is
divided into two parts: the heating surface of the body and the
burning equipment.

independent wind chambers are designed to ensure the combustion
efficiency of different fuels to the utmost extent.
6. The economizer and dust collector are installed at the tail of
the hot water boiler, and the primary and secondary winds are
reasonably designed to minimize the NOx emissions.
7. The commerical hot water boiler is equipped with a high temperature resistant grate to ensure
sufficient fuel combustion and effectively reduce fuel costs.
8. The company optimized the length and width of the grate and the
speed of the reducer according to different fuel characteristics.
