The YLW series thermal fluid boiler is a square coil horizontal grate grate assembly boiler, the chain grate and the boiler body are two parts. The thermal fluid boiler uses the chain grate to realize automatic coal feeding, and is equipped with a drum and an induced draft fan for automatic ventilation, and is equipped with a slag discharging machine to realize mechanical slagging. During operation, the fuel falls from the coal hopper to the grate for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas enters the furnace after being reflected by the rear arch, and after radiant heat transfer through the radiant heating surface, it enters the convective heating surface for convective heat transfer, and then enters the air preheater. Finally, it enters the dust collector. After dust removal, the flue gas is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

Advanced manufacturing process
1. YLW series coal-fired horizontal heat transfer oil boiler steel pipe cutting, all use CNC three-dimensional laser cutting machine.
2. When the square coil is processed, the CNC three-dimensional bending machine is used to make flexible assembly and eliminate the forced assembly.
3. When the serpentine tube is processed, the automatic production line of the serpentine tube is used, and the forming is performed once to ensure the processing quality of the equipment.
